Your problem is simple: Your AS/400 mail server is saying it is DPS.dpsLINK.COM but looking
up the IP address (184.108.40.206) results in a system name of ip-21.dpslink.com. My
understanding is that ibm.net requires that the name on the IP address match the system name
reported in the HELO e-mail command. They won't tell you that this is the problem; they just
refuse your mail.
Contact the person who maintains your reverse DNS and have them fix it and you should be in
Netburg Internet Services
