IGNITe/400 Mailing List Archive Entry
When I was at an IBM seminar for AS/400 Java programming we used a
native AS/400 file editor called FEDT (or something like that). If I'm
not mistaken, it allowed editing of ASCII files in the IFS. It was
available as a PRPQ or PTF and required a C compiler to the create the
executables. Does anyone know what I'm talkng about and how I can obtain
the utilities?
