IGNITe/400 has been operated by Bleddyn Williams
of Morpheus Ltd in the UK and I, for almost 3
years now and during that time we have grown to
over 4,300 registered members. We are very proud
of our accomplishments to date and thank everyone
for their continued support and input.
IGNITe/400 is operated as a non-profit
organisation. Bleddyn, myself and many of
the other contributors we have on this site
provide our time completely free of charge.
We feel that it is extremely important
that IGNITe/400's web site and on-line offerings
remain free to anyone that wishes to take
advantage of what we offer. "Membership"
is simply a method of limiting our liability
for material posted by members to our forums,
mailing lists, and other interactive facilities.
Our aim is to continually improve this
site and make it the definitive resource
for iSeries professionals. There is much
more that IGNITe/400 plans to do for you.
We have been approached by specialists who
wish to work on iSeries Open Source application
projects, developing open source projects,
which we can make available to our members.
IGNITe/400 now produces training aids and
detailed articles, and often it is necessary
to pay independent 3rd party experts to
contribute content.
In response to this demand and the need
to fund many of these new activities, IGNITe/400
would welcome your support in sponsoring
the site.
