Objective
Are you ready to reface your existing applications,
converting your 5250 display files into real Java objects
- without changing your RPG and COBOL code? This class
shows you how to can transform your DDS display file
source code into Java Server Pages using the IBM WebFacing
Tool. You will go through the webfacing process screen
by screen to understand the basic steps of refacing.
The IBM WebFacing Tool is included with the WebSphere
Development Studio Client that comes with your RPG
and COBOL compilers (WebSphere Development Studio.)
At the end of this class, you will be able to reface
a simple RPG application with DDS Display files.
