Evelyn Porter Institute
Welcome
to the Evelyn Porter Institute for Internet
Technology.  Evelyn
was known by many of our members as one
of the pioneers of AS/400 Internet Technology.
Evelyn was taken from us as the result of
a tragic automobile accident that occurred
over the weekend of November 14, 1998.
This
area of the IGNITe400 website is dedicated
the memory of Evelyn and her commitment
to sharing knowledge about the AS/400 now
the iSeries and the Internet.
We
hope that we can keep the tradition of information
sharing alive in this area of the web site
and provide the education and assistance
that Evelyn would have had she been able
to.
We
hope she would smile at our humble attempt
to honour her memory and her accomplishments.
